Marion’s story is about a woman who suffered an extraordinary heart attack and the physician and team that would not give up on her.  The TV spot is the external face of a broader brand building program that also involved our INTERNALIZE program (see Lynn’s Story on this page) that tells the story of employees who make a difference in the lives of patients. This “inside/out” approach is a true example of how Linchpin-Marketing strategy for building brand preference.
